Role & responsibilities

• Daily efficient cash flow management including investment decisions
• Timely completion of all borrowings related documentations (CP, NCD, Bank loans, etc)
• Timely completion of all investment related documentations (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP etc)
• Timely servicing of debt/ interest obligations
• Timely completion of various reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Timely regulatory reporting to BSE, SEBI, IPA, Rating Agencies, Trustees, Depositories, RTA, Investors etc
• Co-ordination with investors and their Operations / Custodians
• Effective co-ordination with external agencies
• Treasury application on-going maintenance
• Reporting to Management on various Operations related aspects and compliances
• Strict adherence of Internal Controls, Treasury Manual, Approval Authority and all related policies and Board/ Committee Resolutions.
• Effective support to Treasury Front-Office function
