Responsibilities
Managing UHNI to HNI clients
Supporting 8 to 9 RMs that will be mapped to the ARM along with the clients
Physically meeting clients
Profiling clients and identifying their Banking requirements
Increase client stickiness and penetration by enabling product hooks
Coordinating with other teams to process and resolve client related requests
Thorough knowledge in KYC for opening CA and SA accounts by FTR
Qualifications
