VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: RETAIL ADVISER

KoleMart is seeking a customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven Retail Adviser to join our growing team on a fully remote, commission-based arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.

- Promote KoleMart’s kitchen utensils, cookware, and gas materials.

- Identify customer needs, understand their budgets, and recommend suitable products. - Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to sales growth and the overall development of the business. Requirements:

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-service and sales abilities.

- Self-motivation, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Position: Retail Adviser

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Compensation: Commission-based, tied to sales performance.
