ServiceNow Developer (min 5+ years – 8 years experience)

• JMinimum 8+ years broad Information Technology experience in: 5+ years Relevant ServiceNow experience (M)
• ITSM (M)
• CSDM (Knowledge on Common Service Data Model)
• Exposure on various kinds of Integrations (M) - for example Event management integration in ITOM
• Discovery (M)
• ITOM (M)
• CMDB (M)
• Asset Management
• Experience on SQL
• Good in ServiceNow Scripting (M)
• Service Portal
• Performance Analytics
• Dashboard and Report creation (M)

Note: The skillset with (M) against is mandatory skillset and exposure needed in the shortlisted candidate.
