Resolve objections and coordinate approvals across DOB, DOT, FDNY, DEP, LPC, and other regulatory agencies. Technical & Operational Oversight: Interpret and review architectural and engineering plans to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and manage both short- and long-term project schedules, adjusting timelines and deliverables as required. Maintain organized and accurate project tracking using internal systems, including Salesforce and Excel. Train and mentor project management staff, offering technical guidance and support. Actively participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and cross-functional discussions to ensure smooth project execution. Professional Standards: Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, producing polished, detailed, and comprehensive correspondence. Uphold the highest level of organizational discipline in managing personal workload and deadlines. Strong working knowledge of DOB, LPC, FDNY, DOT, DEP and other regulatory bodies. Comprehensive understanding of building codes, zoning resolution, and compliance procedures. Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Experience with Salesforce or project tracking software preferred.
