JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of production personnel assigned to the production line.
• Ensure that production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently and on time.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Assign tasks and provide instructions to production workers based on the production plan.
• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Conduct regular checks on production line operations, equipment, materials, and product quality.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production regarding production concerns.
• Immediately report production issues, quality deviations, equipment breakdowns, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in troubleshooting production line problems and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure proper handling and availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Ensure that production records, checklists, and other required documents are properly completed.
• Monitor proper implementation of housekeeping, sanitation, and safety practices in the production area.
• Train and guide newly hired production personnel on work procedures and company policies.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and compliance among production personnel.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or other related courses.
• Candidates with a Technical/Vocational course and relevant production experience may also be considered.
• Preferably with experience as a Line Leader, Production Leader, Production Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate production personnel.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and render overtime when required.
• Willing to work in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
