Job Description
Summary: KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. They are seeking an Applications Engineer to deliver expert technical support, develop innovative applications, and maintain strategic customer relationships in the LS-SWIFT Division.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
- Implement detailed installation plans
- Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products
- Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products
- Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams
- Maintain strategic customer relationships
- Deliver technical presentations and customer training
- Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications
- Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
- Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
- Implement detailed installation plans
