Job Description
Summary: KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, seeking a Product Development Engineer to support reticle defect inspection tools. The role involves developing, testing, and validating requirements, driving design projects, and collaborating with various engineering disciplines to optimize system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and validate detailed requirement specifications and solutions using systems engineering methodology
- Drive major design projects from requirements to final design release including regular milestone reviews with stakeholders
- Drive a systemic approach to complex topic analysis and troubleshooting
- Apply systems engineering principles to optimize critical systems-level instrument performance
- Interface closely with service, manufacturing and marketing teams to define and optimize system performance and resolve performance issues
- Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of engineering prototype systems
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
