Job Description
Summary: KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving financial models as well as the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of costs related to the Install group within the Service Org.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for three key groups within Service Org
- Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan
- Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions
- Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast
- Input all forecast and planning work into OneStream financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both OneStream and offline working files
- Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 2 years

- Strong financial analytical and modeling skills
- Proficient in financial reporting systems (Oracle, SAP, OneStream, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to meet goals, cope with the fast-pace environment, prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn
- Build relationships with collaborators, and solve problems independently & proactively
