Analyst - Sales Strategy at KKR in Boston, MA

Summary: KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management and capital markets solutions. The Analyst will support data-driven solutions within the KCS and GWS business, maintaining core analytics products and contributing to data-informed decision-making that enhances sales strategy and productivity. Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver analytics and insights that inform strategy and key business decisions - Support the translation of analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness - Build, maintain, and enhance core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business - Analyze business questions and opportunities, developing data-driven insights in collaboration with senior team members - Deliver sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives Required Qualifications: - 0-2+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services - Ability to manage work independently with guidance and oversight from senior team members - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets - Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience Required Skills: Business analytics, Data analytics, Data management, Asset management distribution, Financial modeling, Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Independent work management, Communication with senior stakeholders Benefits: Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
