Job Description
Summary: Kinsmith Finance helps people in our communities solve financial challenges through responsible lending and personal service. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
- Process loan applications and payments
- Answer questions about accounts and loan options
- Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Work with your team to meet branch goals
Required Qualifications:
- Strong people and communication skills
- Dependable and organized
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience
- Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals
- Basic Computer Proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
