If you're reading this and thinking, "Insurance? Really?" I get it. I've thought that too—and I still do. The truth is, I'm not passionate about insurance. I'm passionate about people. We don’t just build careers; we build people who, in turn, build businesses. The result? Success and fulfillment.

We look forward to discovering what success means to you and, if we find that this is the right fit, we are fully committed to providing you with the tools, training, and support to make it happen.

The Problem with Most Insurance Jobs:

Let’s be real—most agencies are desperate to hire anyone with a pulse, offer minimal support, and if you're lucky, they might invest in you six months down the line. We think that's unacceptable.

At The Kimbrell Agency, we do things differently. We invest heavily from the start to ensure you're the right fit for this career. That means we pour everything into your long-term success. No leader can give everything it takes to help an agent succeed when they’re bringing on anyone who applies. Unfortunately, most agencies make empty promises: "Be in business for yourself, but not by yourself," or "We offer hands-on support and training."

Here, we actually mean it. And we have a proven track record of success to back it up.

What We Offer:

A Proven Lead System: Say goodbye to cold calling. Our streamlined lead generation system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have requested coverage. You’ll call these clients, set appointments, and meet virtually to help them find the best insurance plan for their needs and budget. Some agents even start part-time and transition to full-time.

A Real Opportunity for Growth: This role is perfect for self-disciplined sales professionals who are ready to put in the work. If you need someone looking over your shoulder or a time clock to punch, this isn't the right fit. But if you're driven, gritty and ready to build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.

Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Participate in regular Zoom training sessions.

Who We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.

You know how to build rapport and trust with clients.

You’re deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering results.

Integrity and a strong work ethic are a must.

We’re seeking individuals who are ambitious, coachable, passionate about helping others, and driven to achieve greatness. If you’re ready to take control of your future and create a career you can be proud of, we’d love to connect.

Why Choose Us?

True Agency Ownership: Here, you’ll have the chance to own your business—contractually protect what you build.

Game-Changing Lead Program: We provide the industry’s best leads, generated in-house and heavily subsidized to help you succeed.

Comprehensive Training & Support: From day one, we offer hands-on training, including daily coaching calls, weekly one-on-ones, and group sessions. You’ll have a system to follow at every step of the way.

Industry-Leading Compensation: Our compensation plan is designed to deliver real profit, with vested rights from day one.

Dedicated Conservation Team: Our team ensures your business stays protected from chargebacks, giving you one of the highest persistency rates in the industry.

World-Class Travel & Incentives: Have the ability to earn 3-4 fully-paid trips per year, all expenses covered.

Unlimited Earning Potential: This is a commission and bonus-based position, with no cap on how much you can earn. Your income potential is truly unlimited.

A Few More Details:

This role does require a Life and Health Insurance License, but don’t worry—we’ll help you obtain it through a streamlined online course that takes just 7-10 days.

Please note: Success in this role varies. Your level of success will depend on several factors, including the effort you put in, your ability to follow and implement our proven system, and the specific insurance needs in your geographic area. Not all agents achieve the same results, and earnings are based on individual performance.

Ready to Build Your Future with Us?

If you're ready to make a difference—not just in your own life, but in the lives of others—apply today. We can’t wait to see how you define success.
