Job Description
Summary: Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP is an established real estate law firm with offices across California. They are seeking an Intake Specialist to assist attorneys and clients in the process of filing evictions during the initial case intake phase.
Responsibilities:
- Perform case intake, ensuring that all facts related to new cases are present
- Review notices for accuracy and compliance
- Review leases, legal forms, and correspondence for detail-oriented, specific information
- Contact clients frequently via phone and email to obtain missing information
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills via telephone and email
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Versatile computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous law firm experience
- ProLaw experience
