Summary: KeyBank is a financial institution that is seeking a Solution Engineer specializing in Generative AI. The role involves collaborating with business partners to design, build, and implement AI solutions that improve business processes and meet stakeholder requirements. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with LOB partners to analyze business processes, identify GenAI opportunities, and define solution requirements - Design, configure, test, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio (CP7) and KeyIQ (GAI) - Build and refine prompts, conversation flows, tools, and orchestration logic to deliver effective AI‑driven experiences - Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources using platform‑provided capabilities - Execute required testing (functional, regression, and risk‑aligned) to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and reliability - Support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of AI solutions to meet defined SLAs - Partner with cross‑functional teams (AI CoE, architecture, security, data, and risk) to ensure solutions align to standards and leading practices - Ensure solutions comply with CoE guidelines, security controls, data handling requirements, and change management processes - Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and improvements across an AI solution portfolio - Communicate solution designs, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Facilitate in‑person and virtual working sessions to gather requirements, review designs, test outcomes, and resolve issues - Maintain appropriate documentation for solution design, testing, deployment, and operational support - Stay current with GenAI platform capabilities and emerging best practices to continuously improve solution effectiveness - Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice - Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including acting professionally, ethically, and in the best interests of KeyBank and its clients Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Generative AI solution development, conversational AI, prompt and orchestration design, and/or AI‑enabled process transformation - Experience supporting solutions in production environments - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies - Experience in banking or other regulated industries Required Skills: Generative AI solution development, Conversational AI, Prompt design, Orchestration design, AI-enabled process transformation, Copilot Studio (CP7), KeyIQ (GAI), Agile delivery methodologies, Banking, regulated industry experience, Solution testing functional, Solution testing regression, Solution testing risk-aligned, Root cause analysis, debugging, Change management, Security standards compliance, Analytical thinking, Facilitation
