What You'll Do
• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth
What We're Looking For
• A few years of optical experience is a plus (customer service or sales experience preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional, friendly and dependable

Schedule
• Monday - Saturday with rotating day off, 1/2 day on Saturdays
Pay & Benefits
• Guaranteed hourly wage - depending on experience
◦ no experience in optical - starting $14.50
◦ less than 1 year experience in optical - starting $15.50
◦ 1-2 years experience in optical - starting $16-$17
◦ 3+ years experience in optical - starting $18-$20
