PACB Stage 1 Assembly operator – Wave Solder

The position will be based in the PCB Department, within a team of people who manufacture high quality products for our customers. The role will be operating our wave solder machine, to ensure that the high-quality products are being manufactured at the level we require.
Responsabilities:
- Operating Machinery
- Setting Machinery
- Maintaining MAchinery
- Handdling PCB's
- Meeting specific departmental and company target
- Inspecting and finishing product prior before passing to next process
- Follow systems / procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality.
Skills, Experience & Person Specification
- Computer literate & basic mathematics
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Experience using similar machinery preferable.
- Understanding mechanical drawings / artwork preferable
- Full training will be given.
Job Benefits:
Working Hours are:
- Monday - Thursday 14.00-22.00 and Friday 13.00 to 20.00, with 30 min for lunch
Leave one hour earlier than your contracted finish time every Friday (will be paid)
