Location: Gbagada

A fast-growing Lagos-based e-commerce brand focused on dog care products, including dog shampoos, dog wash products, odour-control solutions and other pet-care essentials, is expanding its team.

1.REMOTE SALES CLOSER

Salary: ₦150,000/month + Commission

Work Model: Fully Remote

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in WhatsApp sales closing or tele-sales.

- Strong communication, confidence and articulation.

- Ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.

- Familiarity with dog-care products and terminology.

- Comfortable working with sales targets.

2. CONTENT CREATOR

Salary: ₦120,000/month

Work Model: Hybrid — Gbagada

Important: This is primarily a content production role, not a daily social media management role.

The successful candidate will come onsite a few days each month for planned/batch content creation and will be responsible for producing engaging photo and video content for the brand.

What we're looking for:

- 1–2 years' experience creating content for brands, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Strong video content portfolio.

- Proficiency in CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.

- Access to a high-quality smartphone capable of producing professional-looking content.

- Must be comfortable around dogs.

- Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER — B2B DISTRIBUTION

Monthly Package: ₦150,000

₦110,000 Base Salary + ₦40,000 Fixed Transport & Data Allowance

Plus: 2.5% commission on cash-backed B2B wholesale orders closed.

Work Model: Geographic Hybrid

Monday — Work from Home

- Research veterinary clinics and other potential B2B customers.

- Build and update prospect lists.

- Make cold outreach calls.

- Secure appointments/bookings for field visits.

Tuesday–Thursday — Field Sales

- Conduct targeted geographic sales visits.

- Meet veterinary clinics, grooming salons and pet shops.

- Introduce products and secure wholesale opportunities.

Friday — Work from Home

- Follow up on samples and prospects.

- Secure bulk orders.

- Submit weekly sales reports.

Core Mandate:

Onboard veterinary clinics, grooming salons and pet shops across Lagos, with plans for nationwide distribution, using the company's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) model.

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in aggressive field sales or pharmaceutical/medical sales representation.

- Experience with B2B customer acquisition.

- Strong prospecting, communication and closing skills.

- Must be comfortable with extensive field sales across Lagos.

- Results-driven and able to work independently.
