• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional wellness and spa treatments to guests.
• The role requires a warm, professional and guest-focused approach at all times.
• The successful candidate should be confident working within a luxury hospitality environment and maintaining consistently high treatment and service standards.
• Attention to detail, professionalism and a genuine passion for wellness are essential.
• The position would suit a qualified and experienced therapist who enjoys working in a beautiful lodge environment and providing personalised guest experiences.

Candidate requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, Wellness Therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Wellness or Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury lodge, hotel or spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of a range of wellness and beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, friendly and well-presented manner.
• A genuine passion for wellness, relaxation and guest care.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or safari environment would be advantageous.
