They are seeking a Distribution Center Operations Intern to contribute to meaningful projects that support warehouse operations and distribution workflow while gaining hands-on experience alongside operations professionals. Responsibilities: - Contribute to meaningful projects that support warehouse operations, distribution workflow, and overall process efficiency - Own and deliver a project or multiple projects from start to finish during the internship - Address a gap within the function and drive tangible value for the business - Participate in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event - Meet and familiarize yourself with executive and senior leadership team members Required Qualifications: - Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree at an accredited institution in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution Management, or related field; cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher - A well-rounded skill set including knowledge of common software packages, organization skills, and the general nature of being detail-oriented - Ability to see, talk and hear - Ability to sit for 8 hours a day - Normal office environment; warehouse, fabrication environment and exposure to moving equipment - Must be available to work on-site Required Skills: Technical Expertise, Computer Skills, Service Excellence, Results Orientation, Decision Quality, Organization Skills Benefits: 10–12 week paid internship program, Dedicated manager/trainer, Personal coach, Regular meetings with a member of the internship coordination team, Participating in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event
