Keeper is hiring a driven Named Channel Account Manager to join the Keeper EMEA Channel Sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role
The Channel Account Manager, Named Accounts will report to the Director of Channel, EMEA and will focus on managing and growing a defined portfolio of strategic named channel partners. This role is responsible for driving pipeline, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives with top-tier partners. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced in managing complex partner relationships within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day relationship management of a defined set of named channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic alliances across EMEA
Act as the primary liaison between Keeper and assigned named partners, ensuring strong alignment and communication
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key stakeholders within strategic partner accounts
Establish productive, professional relationships with partner sales, marketing, and executive teams to drive joint success
Coordinate the involvement of Keeper resources, including sales, support, and leadership, to meet partner performance objectives
Drive revenue by enabling and supporting partners to sell Keeper solutions to end customers
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and strategic objectives within named partner accounts
Develop and execute joint business plans with named partners, including pipeline development, revenue targets, and growth initiatives
Identify and develop partner-led go-to-market strategies, offerings, and services that drive incremental joint revenue
Manage and mitigate channel conflict through effective collaboration with direct sales teams
Ensure partner compliance with channel programs, agreements, and performance expectations
Maintain accurate partner activity, pipeline, and opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com
Partner with marketing to plan and execute targeted channel marketing initiatives and events for named accounts
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with technology vendors and ecosystem partners aligned to named accounts
Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
Requirements
3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
Strong written/verbal communications skills
Extremely motivated and goal-oriented
Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
You're hired (transfers to employee records)
