What You’ll Do

• Deliver an elevated, memorable dining experience for every guest
• Guide guests through our menu with confidence and genuine hospitality
• Maintain smooth service flow in partnership with bartenders and server assistants
• Uphold Boketto’s service standards, pacing, and table management expectations
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience in upscale or high‑volume restaurants
• Strong communication and guest‑engagement skills
• Ability to stay composed and organized during peak service
• A team‑first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your craft

Compensation & Environment

• Competitive hourly pay
• An 18% gratuity is added to all checks, ensuring consistent and predictable earnings for the service team
