Job Description
Karlka Fencewright is one of Western Australia's leading commercial fencing contractors, delivering high-quality fencing solutions across government, civil, mining, commercial and industrial projects.
As a 100% Indigenous-owned business and Supply Nation certified organisation, we're growing our team and are looking for Fencing Labourers and Experienced Fencers who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their workmanship and want to be part of a supportive, safety-focused team.

About the Role
Working alongside experienced crews, you'll install a variety of fencing systems across Perth and regional Western Australia, including:
- Chainmesh fencing
- Security fencing
- Tubular fencing
- Temporary fencing
- Gates and access systems
- Industrial and commercial fencing solutions
Every day is different, with work ranging from schools and sporting facilities to major infrastructure and mining projects.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial and industrial fencing
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Read and work from site plans where required
- Operate machinery and equipment (where licensed)
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised worksite
- Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines
- Follow company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) procedures
About You
You'll be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Safety focused with a positive attitude
- Able to work well within a team
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Committed to delivering quality workmanship
Essential Requirements
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Desirable
- Previous fencing or construction experience
- MR or HR Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Excavator, skid steer or EWP tickets
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- First Aid
- Experience operating plant and equipment
