Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. jobDescription Drives and coordinates finance transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of projects to improve finance processes, systems, and ways of working Manages day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP, BI, automation) aligned to the transformation roadmap Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation Supports operating model redesign, including roles, governance structures, and finance capability development Leads change management activities — communications, training, and stakeholder readiness Acts as liaison between the Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders Maintains portfolio governance, documentation, and provides data-driven insights to leadership qualifications Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and digital enablement Strong project management track record — on time, within scope, across cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms Change management experience, including communication and training support Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels Experience in international or distributed team environments is a plus additionalInformation We offer • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
