Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced statistical analysis.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM,

TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, classification, clustering, optimization, and anomaly

detection.

• Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark/PySpark.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience building AI copilots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, asset management, or related domains.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI Governance, and model risk management practices.
• Azure, AWS, Databricks, or AI/ML certifications.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
