Construction Concrete Labor

Kading Construction is looking to add permanent team members to our construction crews. Ideal candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have reliable transportation to our job sites, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in inclement weather. This position would be located at multiple locations under construction throughout Central Iowa.

Applicant should have a basic understanding of construction, some level of experience in concrete finishing, landscaping, framing, or general contracting, and a willingness to learn. Must be able to work with others and independently
