Program Manager, Enterprise Delivery at K Health in New York, NY

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full program lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination across various teams and successful implementation of enterprise partnerships. Responsibilities: - Support full lifecycle implementation of enterprise partnerships, translating commercial terms and agreements into operational plans - Coordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical and operational processes, and future innovation - Manage detailed project plans, track dependencies and deliverables, and ensure decision gates are met before transitions between phases - Facilitate structured handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, & Enterprise Support - Serve as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to align priorities and resolve execution issues - Maintain clear documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycle - Identify, track, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plans - Drive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutovers - Prepare and deliver structured status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadership - Manage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriate Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare, health tech, or complex cross-functional delivery environments - Applies working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled products - Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs with competing priorities and dependencies - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority - Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills - Proven track record driving programs with disciplined governance, on schedule and within scope Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with health system implementations and enterprise delivery models - Familiarity with EMR/IT integrations - PMP, PgMP or similar program management certification - Experience with or exposure to AI/ML products in an enterprise context Required Skills: Program Management, AI/ML Knowledge, Stakeholder Management Important Skills: Healthcare Administration, EMR/IT Integrations, Project Management Certification Nice-to-Have Skills: Risk Management Skills Benefits: Hybrid work schedule with weekly lunches and stocked fridges, Monthly social committees for company events, 18 vacation days, 9 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days, Stock options for every full-time employee, Paid parental leave, 401k benefit, Commuter Benefits, Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options
