HR Officer (Female) at JV Lands in Lahore

JV Lands is looking for an experienced and professional HR Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in human resources, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage HR-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations and workplace coordination.
• Assist with attendance management and other HR activities.
• Ensure professional communication and effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong HR management and organizational abilities.
• Professional attitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
