Join the GPS Associate Programme, a structured 18-month development journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals aiming to build a career in private banking.
As part of the Alternative Funds team in Zurich, you will embark on a dynamic 18-month program combining a rotational assignment, intensive training, mentorship and project and task responsibilities. Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, you will develop the skills, network, and business acumen necessary to transition into a permanent role as a Private Markets Analyst within GPS upon successful completion.

YOUR CHALLENGE
Support the Alternative Funds Analysts in conducting investment due diligence on private markets funds
Support the Alternative Funds Analysts in monitoring existing investments
Collect and process performance, exposure and attribution data
Create and maintain databases and models in Excel and other tools
Participate in meetings and calls with managers / GPs and write minutes and quarterly reviews
Support the quarterly reporting cycle with investment content
Support the promotion and the positioning of alternative funds in client portfolios, including the production and maintenance of marketing material and presentations
Active support in fund inquiries, education and fund initiatives
Support alternative funds related projects across the bank
Over time develop due diligence skills and build own coverage
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field
2-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, capable of processing complex information quickly
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Service-oriented mindset with a dedication to excellence in client support
Systematic, precise, and resilient working style – able to deliver quality results under tight deadlines
Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
Fluency in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Eligibility to work in the country of application throughout the duration of the program
