Summary: Judi Health is an enterprise health technology company providing a comprehensive suite of solutions for employers and health plans. The Product Manager Summer Intern will assist the product and operational teams in delivering new features and functionality for JUDI, the company's enterprise health platform. Responsibilities: - Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients - Triage, research and identifying technical solutions for errors occurring within the JUDI tech stack - Collaborate with the Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the Product Manager - Responsible for ticket review and identification of missed intent post Quality Assurance review - Assist Product Manager & team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication - Partner with Product Manager to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning - Provide support to the Product Manager and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelors degree - Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment - Intellectual and professional curiosity - Willing to work 35+ productive hours in a work week excluding holidays and approved PTO as measured by various tools when remote Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred Required Skills: SQL, Excel, Python Important Skills: Data visualization tools Nice-to-Have Skills: Intellectual curiosity, Collaboration skills, Project management
