Job Description
Summary: JPMorganChase is a leading financial services firm dedicated to helping small businesses thrive. The Product Manager on the Small Business Launch and Capabilities Team will own and drive product delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with Small Business Card’s vision and goals
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new offerings
- Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
- Define new features, gather requirements, and create user stories
- Define and monitor performance, identify enhancements, and create remediation plans
- Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and external partners
- Manage product backlog, ensure agile metrics, and support production, issue resolution and prioritization
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of product management experience delivering products in a complex environment
- Strong ability to write clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, process flows) and drive prioritization with support from leadership
- Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams and balancing business goals with technical realities while working in an Agile environment
- Experience with road mapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and backlog management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills—able to influence without authority and manage competing stakeholder needs
- Comfortable with ambiguity; strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
- Strong analytics orientation (e.g., defining metrics, using dashboards, A/B testing where applicable)
- Data-driven decisioning (KPIs, funnels, adoption metrics)
- Risk/controls mindset and operational excellence
