Summary: JPB Partners is an alternative asset manager specializing in private equity and real estate investments. They are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its real estate investment team, where the team member will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, development, asset management, and portfolio strategy. Responsibilities: - Assist with acquisition execution, including financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and investment presentations - Perform detailed financial analysis and sensitivity modeling for current and prospective investments - Support asset management activities, including budgeting, leasing analysis, valuation, and performance tracking - Assist in preparing investor reports, annual business plans, and fundraising materials - Contribute to portfolio-level cash flow forecasting and risk analysis - Support disposition planning and execution efforts - Participate in underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions, including financial analysis, market research, site visits, and document review - Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and portfolio performance - Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders - Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners, contributing to ongoing evaluation of investments - Develop independent perspectives on investment opportunities and effectively communicate recommendations - Support joint venture and partnership initiatives, including analysis and reporting - Assist with research, strategic initiatives, and special projects as needed Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, real estate finance, or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related discipline - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling proficiency - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly, both written and verbally - Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership of work product - Understanding of investment fundamentals and risk/return dynamics - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Required Skills: Financial modeling, Underwriting, Investment presentations, Financial analysis, Sensitivity modeling, Budgeting, Leasing analysis, Valuation, Performance tracking, Investor reporting, Cash flow forecasting, Risk analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Real estate private equity, Investment banking, Real estate finance, Due diligence Benefits: 401(k), Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Life & Disability Insurance, Performance bonus eligible
