Job Description
Summary: Jordan Park Group provides investment management and financial advice to a distinct community of individuals, families, and institutions. The Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Quality Coordinator will support the evolution of the CRM platform, focusing on data quality, integrity, and reporting reliability across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing data cleanup to improve reporting accuracy and usability
- Create structured templates for teams to review and enrich Salesforce data
- Partner with business teams to reconcile cross-system data discrepancies
- Identify data quality issues, analyze root causes, and fix them
- Execute bulk Salesforce and platform data updates accurately
- Maintain a data dictionary and key data standards documentation
- Configure Salesforce fields, objects, formulas, reports, and dashboards
- Support reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and governance
- Maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules
- Partner with technical teams on enhancements, releases, and issues
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong communication skills, both written and in-person
- Experience creating and using complex spreadsheets
- Experience using reporting or business intelligence systems
- Strong self-management skills, including project and deliverable tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- Experience in wealth management, asset management, fintech, or financial services
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, etc
