Location: Devon, PA - US

The role:
As a People Advisory Partner, you will help drive our goals by:
Leading the local implementation of people change initiatives, such as organisational design, performance frameworks and engagement programmes.
Partnering with managers to cascade, embed and sustain change plans while coaching them to build capability in handling people issues.
Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence, ensuring compliance and consistency, and working collaboratively with unions where required.
Providing clear, structured advice on policy interpretation and escalating high-risk or precedent-setting cases to the Regional/Country Advisory Lead.
Acting as the bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution, collaborating with Business Partners, Centres of Expertise and People Operations for joined-up delivery.
Ensuring all case handling and change delivery are well documented, compliant and aligned with company standards.
Offering insights on local risks, adoption challenges and colleague sentiment to inform regional and enterprise decision-making.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Labor relations experience required, this role with be working with unions and supporting adherence to the CBA.
On-site plant/production site support experience is strongly preferred. This is a hybrid role but will require being on-site as needed, as well as flexibility to support a multi-shift operation.
This is a collaborative environment and members of the People Advisory team must be willing to support metal-free facilities with high security protocol.
Strong understanding of US employment law and HR practices.
Proven experience in an HR advisory or employee relations role, with the ability to manage complex cases effectively. A degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated capability in leading local change initiatives and coaching managers to ensure successful adoption.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with resilience to manage sensitive issues.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, while remaining flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Autonomous and confident in making decisions, balancing risk and compliance.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation is an advantage.
