The role: As the Head of Business Planning and Performance, you will help drive our goals by: Leading the integrated business planning framework, aligning strategic planning, S&OP,budgetingand forecasting processes Acting as the Finance lead for S&OP and capital expenditure, ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational delivery Partnering with CAS toprovidefinancial insight,challengeand support for strategic initiatives Coordinating finance input into executive materials and ensuring clear, consistent financial messaging for leadership and investor audiences Driving cross-functional alignment across Finance, Procurement and Capital Projects to ensure robust planning,governanceand performance tracking Providingdata-led insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, riskvisibilityand performance improvement Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent) Significant experiencewithin a finance function in a large, complexorganisation Strong knowledge of financial planning, performanceanalysisand integrated business planning processes Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong communicationskills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear insights Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term planning and detailed analysis Even if you only match some of the skills,we’dlove to hear from you to discuss further!
