The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for a results driven Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology Team in Sydney. The overall responsibility of this role is to provide expert case coverage to customers utilizing Johnson & Johnson products.
Responsibilities
Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmias
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomes
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly to keep procedures running smoothly
Drive product adoption by proactively showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionals
Assist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback to enhance future development
Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences, sharing your expertise
About You
Preferred minimum education: Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering
Preferred industry experience: EP Cardiac technician, IBHRE completed or current with line manager within 12 months.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical role
In-depth understanding of Electrophysiology and catheters.
Signed off and expert in all arrythmias, hardware and software
Strong leadership with an ability to work autonomously
Proven track record of new technology adoption
Pass mark of >85% recert/ASTM
