HR Professional with German
Location: Bratislava-Bratislava-Slovakia

In this role, you will support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle while gaining hands-on experience in HR administration, labor-law-related topics, and HR systems.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for end-to-end personnel administration, ensuring accurate HR data and smooth coordination with internal and external partners. You will also act as a trusted point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR-related administrative topics.
How You Will Do It
Prepare and manage HR administrative documents, including employment contracts, amendments, terminations, transfers, partial retirement, reference letters, and absence-related documentation
Provide professional HR administrative support to employees and managers in line with company guidelines
Advise on personnel-related topics, considering labor law, internal policies, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Works Council, authorities)
Cooperate with employee representatives and support works council-related processes
Ensure accurate employee data in HR systems in collaboration with HR Operations
Create, update, and maintain employee records (positions, cost centers, reporting lines)
Support workplace integration management programs
Handle general HR administrative tasks and documentation
What we look for
Required
Strong German language skills (spoken and written) and good English
Interest in HR administration and working with people-related processes
Previous experience in an international company or a strong motivation to grow in an international environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Degree in business administration, social sciences, law, or relevant vocational education
Initial knowledge or strong interest in labor and social law
Experience with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday, Paisy)
First experience in HR administration or personnel support (junior profiles are welcome)

Salary:
Gross monthly salary starts from 1,800 EUR, plus a bonus after six months. Final offer depends on experience and qualifications.
