CDU Quality Sup. Engineer

CDU Quality Sup. Engineer Location: Wuxi-Jiangsu-China Key Responsibilities Lead the quality assurance and quality control function for CDU manufacturing. Define inspection standards and sampling plans for key CDU components. Establish and monitor in-process inspection points and implement statistical process control for critical parameters. Ensure all units pass final inspection before packaging and shipping. Lead customer complaint investigations and implement permanent corrective actions. Lead quality improvement projects using lean tools, drive reduction of COPQ, scrap, rework, and first pass yield improvements. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with product safety standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, refrigeration engineering or related field. 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates quality engineering. Strong hands-on knowledge of CDU production process and inspection control. Proficient in quality tools and data center international standards. Preferred experience with inspection instruments, leak detectors, multimeters, pressure gauges of data center industry. Good data analysis skills and problem-solving skills. Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
