Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries for UK/International clients
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and accurately
• Provide accurate information using company tools and systems
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Follow up with customers when required
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Work comfortably in rotational/night shifts
