Leadership & Team Management
Lead and support the team while ensuring operational objectives and service standards are achieved.
Coordinate workload and resources to maintain productivity, quality, and timely delivery.
Monitor team performance and assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
Drive training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capability and continuity.
Operations & Stakeholder Management
Oversee day-to-day transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business requirements and issue resolution.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and service quality.
Support system enhancements, process transformation initiatives, testing activities, and audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and review operational reports, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
Conduct quality reviews and address process gaps, risks, and outstanding items.
Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving performance improvements and operational excellence.
Identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting sustainable business outcomes.
qualifications
5+ years' experience in AP, AR, or finance operations within a shared services, regional, or multinational environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Commodity trading or commercial industry experience preferred but not necessarily;
1+ year of team leadership experience (minimum 3 team members).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
