Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Spec Driven Development (SDD) processes within software engineering environments.
- Define and evolve tools and frameworks that support modern software development and improve engineering productivity.
- Align agile development practices with architectural standards to ensure scalable and consistent system design.
- Drive the integration and adoption of AI agents within engineering workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between development tools, platforms, and processes used by engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve development processes to maximize efficiency and delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product leadership role in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices, agile methodologies, and system architecture principles.
- Experience working with developer tools, engineering platforms, or internal productivity systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including AI agents and their application in software development workflows.
- Ability to design and optimize complex processes such as Spec Driven Development (SDD) or similar frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business perspectives.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
