Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Lead consultative discussions with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs, operational priorities, and strategic reporting requirements.
- Conduct advanced data analysis, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and data storytelling to support operational decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on database structures, reporting systems, and enterprise data environments.
- Design and develop automated reporting tools, KPI dashboards, templates, and business intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
- Lead process optimization and operational improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing time-to-value across reporting and production workflows.
- Build and maintain complex analytical models to support trend analysis, forecasting, ROI assessments, and business opportunity evaluations.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses related to resource allocation, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and operational teams to support testing, deployment, QA efforts, and implementation of analytical solutions.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews evaluating departmental financial performance, operational health, productivity metrics, and cost efficiency.
- Support transformational business initiatives and contribute to driving operational accountability and process rigor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve complex business challenges while contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Mentor and train other analysts on analytical methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Manage strategic projects with direct impact on operational performance and in-year revenue outcomes.
- Maintain reporting accuracy, documentation standards, and high levels of analytical integrity across all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or another quantitatively focused field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, operational strategy, management consulting, finance, data science, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, prescriptive analysis, and data storytelling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, database management, spreadsheet modeling, and enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power Pivot, or similar tools.
- Proven experience leading process optimization initiatives, ROI analysis, and financial modeling projects.
- Strong understanding of operational performance measurement, KPI development, and business process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and ad hoc projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
- Familiarity with Lean principles, Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, or operational excellence frameworks is preferred.
- Experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, payment accuracy, or software industries is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work remotely with a secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
