Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce Health Cloud solutions focused on care management features such as patient profiles, care plans, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support solution design, technical documentation, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
- Participate in UAT, production deployments, and ongoing support activities to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards, including healthcare regulations where applicable.
- Provide input during code and design reviews, helping resolve technical challenges and improve solution quality.
- Contribute to mentoring junior developers and sharing Salesforce Health Cloud best practices.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate design decisions and technology choices.
Requirements:
- 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or solution engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud and understanding of healthcare data models and workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations is preferred.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with experience working closely with business users and technical teams.
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, platform capabilities, and best engineering practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex integration and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
