The position sits at the intersection of customer, shopper, retailer, and operational experiences in a complex physical environment. You will own a product roadmap from discovery through scaled launch, using data and experimentation to drive measurable outcomes. Close collaboration with engineering, design, research, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams will be central to your work. The role also provides an opportunity to explore AI and LLM technologies to improve product experiences.
