This role leads the development and continuous improvement of technical training programs supporting critical infrastructure, data centers, and advanced manufacturing environments.
You will transform complex industrial systems, procedures, and field practices into practical learning experiences for adult learners.
The position combines deep technical expertise with hands-on curriculum and instructional content development.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable training solutions.
Your work will span instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, lab, assessment, and scenario-based learning experiences.
The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen content development processes and help establish reliable ways to measure learner progress nationwide.
