You will help shape scalable HR technology solutions that improve employee and manager experiences across a global organization. The position combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong business partnership and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to translate complex needs into effective system solutions. The role also plays a key part in reporting, analytics, release management, process improvement, and HR technology projects.
