This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a distributed workforce across Europe and the UK. The IT Operations Engineer will help ensure employees have reliable, secure, and well-managed technology throughout their lifecycle. The role combines hands-on IT support with endpoint administration, identity management, hardware operations, and process improvement. You will work closely with IT, People, Security, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce recurring friction. As the organization scales, you will help establish repeatable processes that make onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device operations more efficient.
