What this job involves: Market Research & Analysis Conduct comprehensive on-ground research through property visits and market surveys to gather critical market intelligence Perform secondary research analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry reports Execute data analysis using various tools to derive actionable insights and market intelligence Transaction Support Support the team in executing and concluding retail real estate deals Create compelling presentations and detailed reports for internal teams and external clients Develop information memorandums, financial analysis, and pitch presentations Incorporate data visualization to effectively communicate complex market dynamics Business Development Proactively engage in business development activities for the Retail vertical through research, networking, and industry engagement Leverage multiple channels including cold calling, industry seminars, and existing business relationships Develop sophisticated business models and financial projections based on market dynamics and client requirements Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision makers to introduce JLL's capabilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships across the retail ecosystem Assess client real estate requirements and maintain ongoing interactions Develop comprehensive understanding of key industry players on both investment and development sides Market Intelligence Conduct extensive travel within and outside city limits to understand local markets, geography, and client operations Build expertise in retail real estate trends and emerging market opportunities Sound like you? Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word), to create presentations, analyze data, and generate reports. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and deploy data effectively. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
