What this job involves: Transaction Management: Market Research & Site Identification: Conduct comprehensive land surveys, perform micro-siting analysis, and identify strategic land acquisition opportunities Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry intermediaries Property Intelligence: Compile detailed property databases including geographic coordinates, ownership details, and conduct thorough site inspections Client Advisory Services: Assess client requirements, facilitate client interactions, provide market-driven pricing insights, and participate in proposal development Deal Execution: Support end-to-end land acquisition processes including: Land identification and financial valuation Highest and best use analysis Deal structuring (Joint Development, Joint Ventures, Outright Purchase, Redevelopment) Contract negotiation support Legal and commercial due diligence coordination Documentation & Analysis: Prepare information memorandums, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate with legal consultants and government agencies Client Service Excellence: Ensure superior client experience through proactive communication, site visits, presentations, and timely proposal submissions Collaborate with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards Business Development: Network Expansion: Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships Lead Generation: Leverage existing and develop new relationships with developers, corporates, and landowners to source quality land opportunities Market Coverage: Identify and originate corporate and industrial land transactions within designated urban markets Transaction Execution: Support various land transaction types including sales, development projects, redevelopment, joint ventures, and auction processes Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with real estate intermediaries, landowners, and local brokers to identify emerging opportunities Marketing Support: Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals Sound like you?
