The Senior Analyst also provides quality oversight and informal guidance to Analyst-level team members.

- Manage resource (SCSC) scheduling and debrief coordination, including logistics oversight across multiple accounts
- Lead evaluator nomination processes, ensuring completeness and escalating conflicts or gaps
Launch & Communication
- Develop and review pre-launch communication strategies (collective and/or tailored) for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee distribution of SPM cycle commencement notifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency across markets
Scorecard Management
- Oversee scorecard creation and configuration in Jaggaer, reviewing Analyst outputs for quality and consistency
- Manage evaluation completion tracking across the full vendor portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving blockers
- Lead escalation of persistent non-completion issues to onshore leads, preparing supporting documentation and recommended actions
- Review and approve scorecard issuance to suppliers and accounts, managing complex follow-up scenarios
- Resolve incorrect scoring issues, coordinating with onshore leads on reopening approvals and remediation
Analysis & Reporting
- Lead scorecard data analysis, producing trend analysis, performance benchmarking, and period-on-period comparisons
- Develop consolidated insights summaries with commentary for onshore and S&P Leadership review
- Own preparation and coordination of post-scorecard summary decks for S&P Leadership, incorporating qualitative context and strategic observations
- Produce enhanced SPM reporting outputs including programme dashboards, vendor tiering analysis, and cycle performance metrics
- Manage distribution and version control of the annual SPM report across stakeholder groups
Supplier Performance Meetings (SPM)
- Lead SPM pack development and quality review, working directly with onshore leads to ensure strategic alignment
- Manage the end-to-end SPM pack finalisation process across multiple simultaneous interactions
- Coordinate and support hosting of SPM interactions, including facilitation of pre-meeting briefings for onshore leads
- Produce structured post-SPM summaries with action tracking and distribute to relevant accounts and leadership
Action Planning & Follow-up
- Oversee CAP collection, logging, and archiving processes, reviewing Analyst outputs for completeness and quality
- Manage escalated or overdue CAPs directly, engaging with vendors and onshore leads to drive resolution
- Produce regular CAP status reporting for S&P Leadership, including risk-flagged items and closure trend analysis
Strategic Projects & Leadership Support
- Support Transformation Lead and S&P Leadership on strategic vendor performance initiatives, including programme design, benchmarking, and process improvement projects
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of VPM frameworks, templates, and governance documentation
- Provide data analysis and insights to support Alliance vendor performance reviews and preferred vendor programme assessments
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and client-facing vendor performance reporting
Recognition
- Lead coordination of Supplier Awards processes, managing data collation, shortlisting support, and nominee pack preparation
Data Handling Protocols
Prohibited activities: sharing vendor performance data across clients without authorisation, communicating performance outcomes directly to vendors without onshore approval, or making commitments on scoring or remediation actions.
