About JTX JTX is Jito Labs' consumer trading product — a high-performance trading terminal built on Solana. We're a lean, high-output team building something that sits at the intersection of execution quality, user experience, and on-chain infrastructure. We own a meaningful portion of Solana's block production, and JTX is how we bring that edge directly to traders. The Role We’re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale the infrastructure powering JTX — a best-in-class trading experience on Solana. This is a highly autonomous, high-ownership IC role for someone who thrives operating production-critical systems in fast-moving environments. The core architecture is already in place. Now we need someone who can harden it, automate it, secure it, and ensure it performs reliably while traders are actively using the platform. You’ll be responsible for globally distributed infrastructure supporting a 0-to-1 trading product where reliability, latency, and trust matter deeply. You’ll work directly with engineering leadership with minimal process overhead and a high degree of responsibility. If something breaks, you’ll own it. If something can be automated, you’ll improve it. If you spot risk or inefficiency, you’ll proactively solve it before it becomes a problem.
